IEHF Volunteers at Nova House’s Women’s Wellness Day!
Staff and family of the IEHF were proud to volunteer at Nova House’s Women’s Wellness Day on May 30th in Selkirk!
The day was a huge success seeing over 100 women and children who had access to food, clothing, housewares, health information and other helpful resources.
Nova House provides shelter and support for abused women and children experiencing domestic and/or family violence. They offer temporary shelter, counselling, support groups, and referrals to community resources for women and their children. Interim housing is also available for women and children to use until they become independent.
